In case of inclement inclement weather Monday – Thursday, the church office follows the Augusta County Schools closing and delay schedule (the office is closed Friday and Saturday):

• If school is cancelled, all events at the church are cancelled and the church office is closed.  
• If school is delayed, all morning events at the church are cancelled and the church office will open late.  
• If school closes early, all afternoon and evening events at the church are cancelled and the church office will close early.  
• If 12-month Augusta County School employees must report to work but school is closed, TSPC staff will report to work.  Church offices will be open and events at the church will be held.  

In the event of snow or ice on the weekend, we will notify WHSV TV 3 and WVIR TV 29 stations as soon as a decision is made regarding changes to our regular Sunday schedule.
